Learning about organisational complexity
From the start of your training, and for a period of 18 months, you work in groups of 12 to 15 students, in a manner similar a small business. Your team carries out a project in direct collaboration with a company or laboratory, on a variety of themes that will enable you to understand complexity in all its aspects, whether technical, scientific, human or cultural.
It’s an innovative approach to teamwork that will add a lot of value in the eyes of your future employers!
